How do I register?

Can I link more than one child to my account?
Yes. You can manage multiple children across multiple schools in one place. You can signup your school by messaging us here.
Can I set spending limits?
Yes. You can set daily spending limits on each child's account so the school shop bill can always fit your budget.
Can I track what my children are buying?
Yes. You can track every purchase your child has made and see the order history for all purchases in the My Orders section of the mobile app.
Are my children's details secure?
Yes, your childs details are stored in a secure database and all information is encrypted with the latest SSL technologies. Our cloud provider is Microsoft Azure which is one of, if not the most secure cloud platform around. We also never store photos or pictures of children. Ever.
How do I top up my child's account?
You can top up your child's account by linking your banking details to the app in the My Profile section.
My child's school isn't on SchoolHub yet - how can I get it registered?
You can get in touch with us or ask your school shop to get in touch and we will set it all up. Contact us here.
Will I need to give my children cash?
No. ShoolHub is a cashless system that lets your kids buy from their school shops without carrying cash.
Are payments safe?
Yes, all payments are safe and secure. We use Peach Payments with 3D Secure technology as well as Zapper and SnapScan.
Is this available for any school in South Africa?
Yes. Just get in touch with us here and we will help get your school shop on SchoolHub. Contact us here.
How do I sign up my school shop?
Get in contact with one of our friendly SchoolHub team members and they will help you with the signup process. Contact us here.
How much does it cost the school to use SchoolHub?
SchoolHub charges a small setup fee and commission on all sales made after the setup is complete. Contact us here to speak to us about pricing.
What other schools are using SchoolHub?

How do I manage my orders?
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and email for each order as well as a daily summary of all orders in an easy to read spreadsheet.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. You can run multiple shops seamlessly with SchoolHub.
When do I get the cash for each order?
Each store has a choice of either being paid fortnightly or monthly.
